Please read before emailing The Refiner's Fire!

The reason for this disclaimer is because The Refiner's Fire is often bombarded with hate mail and death threats from closed-minded people who would apparently rather die than to learn more about, or seek a deeper relationship with God. We want you to know we are not trying to force religion on you; we are attempting to lead Jews to the Truth of Messiah and Christians to Torah - which is completely Biblical! You have the choice to take it or leave it; you can learn from us, or not...No one is forcing anything on you. If you don't like our site, you're welcome to stay off of it.

Whether you choose to believe the things we say or not, we ask that you remain respectful when you send us an email. For those who insist on sending scathing emails about how there "is no god", please be assured we have already heard all the arguments, and we intend to stick with OUR belief, regardless as to what you espouse. This is, after all, why our website exists.

Please note before sending an e-mail!

  1. This website presents our core beliefs and principles as drawn from the Bible. We will always answer sincere correspondence; however, irate and disrespectful emails will be ignored and death threats will be reported to the authorities.
  2. Keep your emails BRIEF and to the point and always provide specific links when referencing our articles.
  3. Be aware that any correspondence that challenges our faith (unless you've specifically requested otherwise in your initial email) may end up being posted if we feel our exchange might benefit our readers. For those who send us any type of copyrighted work, please note that according to Campbell v. Acuff-Rose Music, Inc. (1994) 510 U.S. 569, 17 U.S.C. ยง 107 and Kelly v. Arriba Soft Corp. (9th Cir. 2003) 336 F.3d 811, 820) we have the legal right to publicly challenge copyrighted work for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research. This is not an infringement of copyright. (Id. at pp. 576-577.)
  4. Experience has shown that some people have no boundaries and we therefore request: When our respective correspondence begins, it is NOT an invitation to start sending us "forwards" (jokes, cartoons, etc.), nor an invitation to engage us in endless discussions about your personal, marital or financial problems. We are also NOT interested in reading your manuscripts or helping you publish your book. Our goal is to help you find your way to Yeshua AND Torah. That is all we are qualified to do.
  5. None of our email responses should be construed as counseling, therapy, legal, or other professional advice IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER. As such, in consideration for using the service of The Refiner's Fire, you hereby RELEASE this ministry from any liability for any decision you might make in your life.
