Concerning hate-monger James von Brunn and his ilk

Anti-Semites, hate-mongers and their ilk are becoming more numerous and more aggressive by the day. The Bible tells us this would happen, and we are told in Ezekiel 38:1-23 that one day the whole world will go up against God's "chosen people."

The horrendous June 2009 attack on Washington, DC's Holocaust Museum by James von Brunn (a neo-Nazi and anti-Semite who spent six years behind bars for a harebrained scheme to kidnap federal officials) is just the tip of the iceberg, because hatred for Blacks and Jews abounds. A perfunctory Google search will call up all kinds of "white supremacist" websites.

We at The Refiner's Fire have attempted to reason with the webmasters of some of these hate sites, but it was a waste of time. Most of these "neo-Nazis" and "white supremacists" etc. aren't interested in Truth; they just want to hate. Their single goal in life is to nurture their hatred and continue sowing their demonic seeds while aggressively seeking like-minded followers.

Most of the people with whom we've corresponded seemed to be either very young and immature and/or uneducated. Many came across as just plain dumb - the kind of people who were easily swayed into following "the crowd." One example can be found here.

The bottom line is, Scripture warns us that these things would come to pass:

Ezekiel 38:1-23: 1 The word of ADONAI came to me: 2 "Human being, turn your face toward Gog (of the land of Magog), chief prince of Meshekh and Tuval; and prophesy against him. 3 Say that Adonai ELOHIM says, 'I am against you, Gog, chief prince of Meshekh and Tuval. 4 I will turn you around, put hooks in your jaws and bring you out with all your army, horses and horsemen, all completely equipped, a great horde with breastplates and shields, all wielding swords. 5 Paras, Ethiopia and Put are with them, all with breastplates and helmets; 6 Gomer with all its troops; the house of Togarmah in the far reaches of the north, with all its troops - many peoples are with you.

7 Prepare yourself, get ready, you and all your crowd gathered around you; and take charge of them. 8 After many days have passed, you will be mustered for service; in later years you will invade the land which has been brought back from the sword, gathered out of many peoples, the mountains of Isra'el. They had been lying in ruins for a long time, but now Isra'el has been extracted from the peoples and all of them are living there securely. 9 You will come up like a storm, you will be like a cloud covering the land - you and all your troops, and many other peoples with you.'

10 "Adonai ELOHIM says: 'When that day comes, thoughts will well up in your mind, and you will devise a sinister scheme. 11 You will say, "I am going to invade this land of unwalled villages; I will take by surprise these people who are at peace, living securely, all in places without walls, bars or gates. 12 I will seize the spoil and take the plunder." You will attack the former ruins that are now inhabited and come against the people gathered from the nations, who have acquired livestock and other wealth and are living in the central parts of the land. 13 Sh'va, D'dan and all the leading merchants of Tarshish will ask you, "Have you come to seize spoil? Have you assembled your hordes to loot; to carry off silver, gold, livestock and other wealth; to take much plunder?"'

14 "Therefore, human being, prophesy! Tell Gog that Adonai ELOHIM says this: 'Won't you be aware of it when my people Isra'el are living in security? 15 You will choose just that time to come from your place in the far reaches of the north, you and many peoples with you, all of them on horseback, a huge horde, a mighty army; 16 and you will invade my people Isra'el like a cloud covering the land. This will be in the acharit-hayamim; and I will bring you against my land, so that the Goyim will know me when, before their eyes, I am set apart as holy through you, Gog.'

17 "Adonai ELOHIM says: 'I spoke of you long ago through my servants the prophets of Isra'el. Back then, they prophesied for many years that I would have you invade them. 18 When that day comes, when Gog invades the land of Isra'el,' says Adonai ELOHIM, 'my furious anger will boil up. 19 In my jealousy, in my heated fury I speak: when that day comes there will be a great earthquake in the land of Isra'el; 20 so that the fish in the sea, the birds in the air, the wild beasts, all the reptiles creeping on the ground and every human being there in the land will tremble before me. Mountains will fall, cliffs crumble and every wall crash to the ground. 21 I will summon a sword against him throughout all my mountains,' says Adonai ELOHIM; 'every man will wield his sword against his brother. 22 I will judge him with plague and with blood. I will cause torrential rain to fall on him, his troops and the many peoples with him, along with huge hailstones, fire and sulfur. 23 I will show my greatness and holiness, making myself known in the sight of many nations; then they will know that I am ADONAI.'

A lot of hateful rhetoric has been aimed at "the Jews" since time immemorial - simply because they are "God's Chosen People" and because many Christians (especially many church going "white supremacists") are under the mistaken impression that God has turned His back on the Jews and replaced them with the Gentiles. So, it's time to quit pussy-footing around and get Biblical! What did the Apostle Paul say?

Romans 11:11-12: "But I say: Have they so stumbled as to fall entirely? May it never be! Rather, by their stumbling, life has come to the Gentiles for (awakening) their jealousy. And if their stumbling was riches to the world, and their condemnation riches to the Gentiles; how much more their completeness?"

First of all, the term "Jews" has become a universal term denoting anyone from Israel who believes in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The thing is, there were no "Jews" until Jacob, from whom came the tribe of Judah. The patriarchs - Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (see Gen. 17; 25; 27 and 28; Matthew 1:2) weren't "Jews," but they weren't goyim (gentiles/heathens/pagans) either, because they were Torah observant, meaning they obeyed God's "DOs" and "DON'Ts." (EVERYONE up until then did, including Cain and Abel who offered sin sacrifices, and Noah who knew the difference between "clean and unclean" - and they weren't "Jews"!) The Tribe of Judah (the Jews) produced King David, and David's family produced Messiah Yeshua (who Christians call Jesus).

If it hadn't been for God's CHOSEN being scattered into the nations (Ezekiel 36:19) who were ultimately referred to as "Jews," YHWH and Yeshua would have remained the best-kept secret of tiny, little Israel, and the rest of the world would still be writhing in Paganism. One cannot condemn those Jews who are not yet Believers in Christ because God hasn't opened their spiritual eyes, yet. They are, however, Torah observant believers in YHWH, which brings them a lot closer to God than any Christian who ignores God's original divine teachings in favor of Sun-day worship and paganistic "holidays". Harsh words? Yes, but we are living in the end times as outlined in the Bible, and time is short. Jew-bashing is NOT the way to please God! The Bible tells us that anyone who goes up against them in any way will suffer His wrath:

Genesis 12:3 - "I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you."

Deuteronomy 7:6-8: For you are a people set apart as holy for ADONAI your God. ADONAI your God has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be his own unique treasure. 7 ADONAI didn't set his heart on you or choose you because you numbered more than any other people - on the contrary, you were the fewest of all peoples. 8 Rather, it was because ADONAI loved you, and because he wanted to keep the oath which he had sworn to your ancestors, that ADONAI brought you out with a strong hand and redeemed you from a life of slavery under the hand of Pharoah king of Egypt.

There are a myriad websites on the 'net that try to debunk this fact and make Jews out to be "bad guys" - from the likes of the KKK and other "white supremacist" hate groups, to Christians who support the idea of "replacement theology" which insists that with the New Covenant, God turned His back on the Jews and transferred His promises to Gentile Christians. Our question to those people is: Since God never had an "old covenant" with the Gentiles, how could He possibly have a "new covenant"? His covenants were made with the Houses of Judah and Israel, not with the Gentiles (Jeremiah 31:32). Therefore, we ask that you educate yourself thoroughly and objectively before jumping onto the "hate bandwagon" and check to see what the Scriptures actually say! After all, the Gentiles "borrowed" from the Jews the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob - who appeared to man in the form of a tallit-wearing, Sabbath and Feast-keeping, kosher JEW.

Jeremiah 31:35-37: This is what the LORD says, he who appoints the sun to shine by day, who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar- the LORD Almighty is his name: "Only if these decrees vanish from my sight," declares the LORD, "will the descendants of Israel ever cease to be a nation before me." This is what the LORD says: "Only if the heavens above can be measured and the foundations of the earth below be searched out will I reject all the descendants of Israel because of all they have done," declares the LORD.

Romans 11:25-27: "I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in. And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: "The deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn godlessness away from Jacob. And this is my covenant with them when I take away their sins."

By hating "the Jews" the world's hate-mongers are catering not only to Satan but also into God's end times plan. Take a look at what is unfolding in the world RIGHT NOW as the whole world seems to be against Israel and the Jews:

Zechariah 14: 2 "For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city."

Ezekiel 38: 12 I will seize the spoil and take the plunder." You will attack the former ruins that are now inhabited and come against the people gathered from the nations, who have acquired livestock and other wealth and are living in the central parts of the land. 13 Sh'va, D'dan and all the leading merchants of Tarshish will ask you, "Have you come to seize spoil? Have you assembled your hordes to loot; to carry off silver, gold, livestock and other wealth; to take much plunder?"' 14 "Therefore, human being, prophesy!

Every hate-monger needs to ask him/herself: When I finally stand before God on Judgment Day, do I really want to admit I was among the mindless, evil hordes who were guilty of angering God by hating His Land and fighting His Chosen? Who was I really serving?

If the James von Brunns of this world would "stop, drop and roll" in order to put out their consuming fires of hatred, they might wake up to the fact that our Savior Yeshua said: John 4:22 - "...salvation is of the Jews."

Zechariah 8: 22 Yes, many peoples and powerful nations will come to consult ADONAI-Tzva'ot in Yerushalayim and to ask ADONAI's favor.' 23 ADONAI-Tzva'ot says, 'When that time comes, ten men will take hold - speaking all the languages of the nations - will grab hold of the cloak of a Jew and say, "We want to go with you, because we have heard that God is with you."'"

We are in the end times as outlined in the Books of Daniel and Revelation. Things will only get worse before Yeshua returns!
