By now, the whole world knows that Tiger Woods has lost his squeaky clean image. The secular media, of course, is all over it, dissecting the why's and wherefore's and generally "milking" this story for all it's worth. The fact is, they're accomplishing nothing with their ignorant comments and speculations via their "worldly" viewpoints....All they are doing is perpetuating rumors of a tragedy that serves to feed the hordes of godless gossip mongers who thrive on sensationalism.

History clearly reveals that every great empire has fallen. So have many of our movie and rock stars and political leaders and semi-famous wannabes such as Anna Nicole Smith - people that Western society has put on pedestals and viewed as icons and idols and gossip fodder. Many have either died from drug or alcohol abuse, etc., or done something disgraceful to ruin their images. Among them are "personalities" such as Elvis Presley, Marylin Monroe, Michael Jackson, Adam Lambert, Bill Clinton and other political figures, and even religious leaders such as Pastors Jim Bakker, Sun Myong Moon and Ted Haggard.

The bombshell about Tiger Wood's infidelity came as a surprise to most. Until recently, he represented the image of an all-American male, a true success story, someone to be emulated. And then, out of the woodwork crawled not just one but several women claiming to have had "affairs" with Woods...Naturally, he wants privacy concerning this matter, but when you're a public figure, nothing you do is private - and so the media circus is having a field day.

Here's the bottom line: Woods fell from grace because he - like most of the world, especially our human idols - doesn't follow the Biblical principles contained in YHWH's Torah. (This was also evident in President Obama's recent acceptance of the Nobel Peace Prize. The man has done nothing, in the grand scheme of things to even be nominated for this prestigious prize, yet he - approximately one week after making the public announcement that he intends to start sending American troops to Afghanistan - stood there in Norway, pretending to be humbled and admitting he didn't deserve it, while accepting the prize which was accompanied by over a million dollars. Where were his humility and integrity? Why couldn't he have turned the prize down and insisted it be awarded to someone who actually deserved it? But then, we're talking about a man who was a junior Senator who basically came out of nowhere with no valid birth certificate, with a Muslim background who somehow, despite all these drawbacks, managed to become President of the United States....)

Luke 14: 11 ...everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, but everyone who humbles himself will be exalted."

1 Peter 5: 6 Likewise, you who are less experienced, submit to leaders. Further, all of you should clothe yourselves in humility toward one another, because God opposes the arrogant, but to the humble he gives grace. 6 Therefore, humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, so that at the right time he may lift you up.

Torah is our blueprint for moral, holy living; without Torah we would have no way of knowing what sin is (Leviticus 4:13, 1 John 3:4); therefore, all those who claim to believe in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob must stop putting God "in a box" and start obeying His DIVINE Instructions to mankind!

I don't know whether Tiger Woods is a Christian or a Bhuddist or whether he even believes in God at all. The thing is, whether he is a believer or not, as a human being who was created by THE CREATOR, YHWH (Yahweh), he has an obligation to NOT commit deliberate sinning - simply because there is no sin sacrifice for deliberate sins:

Hebrews 10: 26 For if we deliberately continue to sin after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27 but only the terrifying prospect of Judgment, or raging fire that will consume the enemies.

According to the media, Woods has stated that he wants to keep his family together, which, of course, is the honorable and Biblical (Malachi 2:16) thing to do. We believers must therefore pray for him and the restoration of his family. And above all, we need to pray for his salvation which can be gained only through belief in our Savior Yeshua haMashiyach - despite what icons/TV personalities like the popular Oprah assert (that "there is more than one way to heaven") - who gave His Life so that ALL might obtain eternal life.
